We are crossing the Lemaire on our way back. All is good, weather is good, and we are happy! We will stop at Harberton for a few hours, tomorrow morning for visiting the Ranch and having a cofee with Natalie. When we left we tried to go around the Easter and South side of the Island, but currents were against and made our progress very slow, so we decided to follow the north side, heading west, with the following flood –was a good decision as our speed jumped from 2 knots to almost 10 knots! –currents are very strong down here!. Now at the Lemaire we are hopping to catch the ebb, which should push us south and out of the Lemaire Straight and in to the Beagle channel. Cheers Fede
