Quixote Expeditions is excited to welcome its first Intern, Sabrina Warner. She will be joining us during the month of January. Sabrina will be working on our news posts and follow up with many of the scientists that we have been working with over the last 10 years. She’ll find out how their time with Quixote impacted their science as well as their memories of the experience.
Sabrina’s love for exploration is a perfect fit for this role and we’re excited to have her as our first of hopefully many!
A bit about Sabrina:
She grew up surrounded by the beautiful lakes, forests, and parks in Michigan and has always loved nature. She enjoys hiking and kayaking, as well as singing, dancing, playing board games, and learning about history. You’ll often catch her working on the daily crosswords, discovering new music, or hanging out with friends.
Sabrina spent a gap year in Cambodia, where she lived with a homestay family, learned to speak Khmer, researched for an NGO, and spent weekends exploring temples and biking through rice fields. She’s currently studying International Relations and Economics at Princeton University.
Stay tuned to our News Page for her science updates
