Our first trip of the season is starting in 2 days. The first official Southern River Otter Expedition – but more on that in the next post.
The winter has been spent doing exciting modifications inside Ocean Tramp – new crew quarters, a new additional galley area (with dishwasher) and thanks to our carpenter, Diego, and his partner Andrea – the interior has been re-painted and varnished in many places – she looks great.
This week we’ve been focusing on final preparations – which always includes a BIG shop for food (see photo!!!!) The fresh stuff will arrive the day before we go – but once you’ve made the big food shop – you know the trip is happening.
