Dia emocionante ¡! Graciela / An Emotional Day!

in
Antarctic Expeditions

ENGLISH

We left the Bay of Buen Suceso at 6:30 in the morning with wind of 16 knots and a speed of 10 knots . We made fast to a buoy in Puerto Cook on a nice sunny day, something that doesn’t happen everyday on the island where there is rain nearly everyday. We took a walk in the morning and in the afternoon – everyone was enthusiastic! We arrived, walking, at Puerto Vancouver [on the other side of the island] and we heard Marcelo [our photo guide] emotionally say “What an incredible place we’re at!”. The group is a great group, plus we have our great photographer Marcelo with us, the excellent Captain, Fede, his wife, Laura, and a special mention to Miguel, our cook.
