If, like most readers you are in the northern hemisphere – then HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE. For those who are in Sweden, where its the biggest national holiday – then Happy Midsommar! And enjoy the strawberries, dancing, and floral crowns.
However down here in the Southern Hemisphere its the Winter Solstice – so we are tucked in for a long night – it snowed yesterday here in Ushuaia.
That said – we get to celebrate the summer solstice in December and being in the high latitudes gives us some AMAZING sun sets (and sun rises).
